  2. Get one tiny task.One object. Not a room, not a system. Keeping it on purpose counts.
  3. Reply with one word.DONE, SWAP, or STUCK for a smaller step. Miss a day? Nothing piles up. There is never a backlog.

Short answers

What is Hoard Patrol?
A decluttering coach that works by text, run by Spammusubi Technologies. It sends one small task a day so you can declutter one thing at a time.
How often will you text?
Once a day, at the time you choose. If a task sits open you get up to three nudges, then a break notice. Reply ANOTHER after finishing if you want an extra. There is never anything to catch up on.
What can I reply?
DONE when you finish, SWAP for a different task, STUCK for a smaller step, ANOTHER for an extra, HELP for help. Plain replies like “all done” work too.
Can I take a break?
Text PAUSE to pause daily tasks and RESUME to restart them. STOP ends coaching texts and asks us to cancel any subscription renewal. PAUSE does not cancel a subscription.
Do I need another app?
No. The tasks live in your messages. The website only holds your time, timezone, and subscription.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during the private pilot. When subscriptions open, the price, billing period, and any trial are shown before checkout. Message and data rates may apply.
